Maintenance
Properly understanding the distinction between auto washing and descaling is paramount in comprehending the meticulous maintenance procedures for our esteemed steam generators. Auto washing, serving as a preventive measure, plays a pivotal role in thwarting the formation of water scale, effectively averting its adverse effects. It involves the periodic flushing of the tank and heating elements with fresh water, diligently eliminating any traces of soft water scale that may have accumulated. Descaling, on the other hand, operates on an entirely different premise, specifically targeting the reduction of hard water scale. This intricate process entails the introduction of a specialized descaling solution into the water tank, allowing it to permeate and dissolve the stubborn mineral deposits. After a suitable soaking period, the system undergoes a thorough flush to expel any remnants of the dissolved scale. It is important to note that our esteemed models KEY and AIO are equipped with a convenient service hole positioned atop the steam generator, facilitating the manual descaling procedure. Through this accessible opening, the descaling solution can be introduced, allowing it to effectively permeate and immerse the system for a recommended duration of 2-3 hours. Subsequently, a comprehensive flush ensures the complete removal of any lingering residue.
*Auto flushing/Washing:Will have fresh water flush tank and heating elements several times which can get soft waterscale out.
*Service hole:There’s an after -service hole on the top of the steam generator, also can be used as another steam outlet.
*Over-heat protection: When the room temperature reaches 2°C higher than your setting , then all heating elements stop working, steam generator under heat preservation state; if water tank temperature over 115 °C, steam generator go into protection state, steam generator stop heating. When the temperature lower than 100°C, steam generator start to work again.
*Sectional heating technology:Each generator has 3 groups of heating elements which provide sectional heating,from the first beginning ,all 3 groups operates at maximum power and rapid heating ,when the room temp is almost reached,then group 1 stop,when the required temps is achieved ,then group 2 stop.The group 3 alternates on and off to maintain the room temp.
